I read the last post about our website and i'm writing now to offer support to all those who purchased a clip qithout being able to download it!

ME AND MY CO-WORKERS APOLOGIZE WITH YOU FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE! And we're ready to resolve the problems experienced by our customers.

- An explanation of the problem experienced
- The subscription number

From my personal experience I can say that the people at Tickling Heaven are very professional and customer oriented. I am sure that any problems you have had in the past may be resolved promptly by contacting the right people.

It is true that the web site may have not been updated for a while, but it is apparent to me that they are still around and willing to help (based on this post).
