fingers for my feet, feathers don't work well on the soles..but between the toes and on top they work fine..

feathers are a killer on my upper body..like my chin, face, nose, ears, neck, arms etc..eeks

so both are nice..if they are effectively used..

I agree. The direct contact makes it way more intense. Fingernails often dig deeper than feathers as well.

Depends on the kind of tickles I want. Long, tied down, drawn out 'torture' tickles--nothing does it like feathers.

For the spontaneous, tussle-tickles, fingers are always best

I am more feather ticklish than finger ticklish. If the person tickling me has long hair, that works as well too...
