Forms of punishment for...

Here's your chance to come up with some creative forms of punishment for people who annoy us by sending SPAM, Hack and write Viruses.
Think of the time wasted and money spent because of these idiots.
An 18 year old was just arrested for sending out the last big virus.
18 people!! What ever happened to visiting porn sites at that age??!!

I always thought (though I'd never know how to do it) that if a spammer keeps bugging you, to send them a localised virus that only effects the one computer.... so basically the spammers computer would get wiped or something...but no one else's would... and therefore probably wouldn't cause as much controversy... but would deter spammers perhaps

No way to deny him access to computers except by incarceration I can think of. Anyone with a better idea?

BTW PantyHose, I think you're correct about 18 year olds and porn sites... but IMHO this *sshole is already obscene enough!

Maybe having an an electronic alarm clock going off just out of fingers reach.

Deleting constant SPAM from a computer for the entire sentence.

A survey of teenage hackers......

....recently published, showed that the main reason for doing it was to impress their girl friends!!! how the hell do they get girl friends I want to know.

Th best punishment would be to make them cut up their puters and have them shove the pieces up their own arses. The bigger the pieces the sooner its over but its more pain full, or in smaller pieces the longer it will take. Either way, I am sure you will aggree we will all be happy.

Put them in a room with a bunch of people from all over the world who've been hacked, virused, or spammed. They'll know what to do with them.😉 😀

But, if violence is not your way, I think I like Red Indian's idea as well.

I dunno, everything that's either been done to me, or I have done to others is just annoying, or is too harsh. I remember when my roommate decided to be a buttsniffer I would put a paperclip under the "enter" and "delete" keys in the keyboard. He could never figure out why those keys never worked 😀 Then again, he used to sit on me and not let me up for more than an hr. Eh, not really worth the time or thought imo.

I'd say have them send personal letters of apology to everyone they sent spam and/or viruses to for the term of their incarceration. Of course they'll never reach the millions, but it should be fun having them try.

Not email, mind you. Hand-written, snail mail letters. Have 'em lick every stamp and every envelope! LOL
