Forum Loading Slowly?

I dont know if this is just my computer, but lately, for the last couple of days, it seems to me that the forum pages are loading very slowly. When I enter the forum, the different subforums, and such, seem to take forever to load, and I have high speed internet. I am just posting this thread to inquire if any other forum members are experiencing this, or if my computer perhaps needs to be defragged?
Any feedback on the subject would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just wanted to post that I did a disk defrag, and it didnt help my situation. The forum is still running slow. Sometimes, when I've had problems with it running slow, I've defragged, and it speeded things up. Not this time. Seems to me that it is a general forum tech issue, so, I thought I'd put it out there, to get feedback, and see if it is happening to anyone else, which, apparently, it is.

The home page is a bit slow to open,after that everything is normal here.My brother tells me if you are running low on disk space it can cause things to run slow and since he upgraded my computer everything seems to be much better no matter what site i'm on.
 
Thanks, bug. I have about 67% of my disk space on my computer. I have a lot of pictures and programs on my comp, but was told disk space isnt considered low until 10 to 20%, which I'm nowhere near. It seems like the forum is opening more rapidly now than it was earlier. Hope it continues like that.

It wasnt your computer, bro...it was running slow for me too and I keep mine maintained.
 
Yah, I know. It's better now. The forum in general was running slow.
I do keep mine maintained. I defrag, virus scan, and all. The 67% is because I have tons of foot and tickling pictures saved on my comp. You know how our little interest is! LOL!.

Mitch you may want to invest in an external hard drive to move that material too. Just a thought that may make things easier for you. 😉
