Forum trouble

I'm having problems with the forum. I'm new to it and I'm worried I might have done something wrong to get this to happen to me, but when I register I can only use my name once. if I leave and try to log back in another day, I can't post any threads or any replies to threads I'd like to participate in. The site thanks me for logging in and I see myself as a user at the bottom, but I'm never counted on the forums and I can't log in to post anything. I've registered 3 names trying to fix this and nothing is working. Help please??

Sounds like a cookie issue to me...but very strange.

I sent an email about it and never got a reply either. I'm on an AOL browser but I have IE somewhere on here. Think it could be the browser?

Don't know, but you can find your IE by clicking start and then Programs. 🙂

so it was my AOL. I'm on IE now and it works fine with all my registered names. How weird....

Hi, and yes, the default browser in certain versions of AOL does not work with VBulletin message boards, according to an article I saw at the AOL tech support forum. Several months ago they promised a fix, but it has still not arrived.

Also, you might note that the AOL browser does not work well with Hotmail or MSN Groups either, and IE is recommended for those services as well.
