The 7th string of my new guitar. First time I've tried restringing an electric guitar and it's not going like it's meant to. The damn this is almost as bent out of shape as I am. OH MY GOD MY FINGER IS BLEEDING! WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?

No this was before it could be called "strung" by any stretch of the imagination. I've got 4 done now (sort of) and the 3 easy ones left.

Update: I have successfully broken the B string. Serves the little bugger right.

Shut up! I own two guitars with Floyd Rose double-locking trems. A Jackson and a Peavey Wolfgang.

You don't know guitar punishment until you re-string a Floyd. To make matters worse, the Jackson's bridge floats, so you have to tweak and fine-tune every time you change strings.

I know true pain.

If it gets this guitar strung up a few chickens may be worth sacrificing along the way. But no I would never harm a sweet little chicken, precious feather factories that they are.

Show me a photo of Mr. Diablo engaging in a devilish jig, a satanic waltz or a demonic tango and then perhaps I will consider letting the chickens go, but until then I need some form of poultry to weigh down these strings.
