The main concern for fox news seems to be to re-assure the public that this incident is just yet another in a long list of "one off" freak incidents that just happen to occur on a regular basis in the US, and that it has nothing to do with "gun control issues". Just how many of these "one off freak incidents that happen all the time on a regular basis" will fox news have to report on before they start to accept that easy access to lethal weapons might just be a problem?
I have also been disturbed by the style of the fox news coverage and the "eye witnesses" they have been interviewing. If you turned the sound off, most of them look like they are being asked to tell the interviewer about what they did on the fourth of july.
