Massive apologies for the hiatus. I've been scanning stuff over the last two days, and inking some penciled tickling art from a while ago, plus a few new pieces. Most of it will appear in my Waterbabes thread, along with a new page to that comic.

As I had been a little distracted from the main comic, I just descided to do a few seperate tickling illustrations to get back into things, and found the beginning of a little side project featuring Babs and Lucy at the zoo. I've finished the first four pages, but not coloured them as the story is largely drawn on a whim and not part of the main arc, but I don't mind if others want to colour them.

Please enjoy them while I scan and upload more artwork to the main Waterbabes thread.

There is another page but i'm looking to go back to the main comic Waterbabes soon.

Awesome stuff Naut. Everything you come up with is remarkable, although it does take a moment to work out who's who without the coloured hair to help. But hey, what's life without challenges? 🙂

Lol... we are all perverts.

I was wondering why we all hang around a porn forum all the time. LMAO.

These are wonderful pics, Kitch.

I absolutely love them. Your "Benny Hill" approach to the tickling genre is simple so hot, and delightful. I truly miss your work, and love every new Fox Sisters adventure.

Seriously you rock.

Lol... we are all perverts.

I'm glad someone picked that up. That was semi-intentional. I just wrote it as her desperate admonishment of the elephants, but then of course she's looking straight at us, and so it has a dual meaning.

I think i'd draw the line there, as far as breaking the fourth wall goes. I''m not a fan of too much knowing postmodern trickery and winks to camera, although a little can be fun.
I used to do a lot of meta/self-reflexive BS in my drawings and some writing when I was at college, but it seems a little smug and indulgent now. It seems to break away from the escapism as well. I'm very impatient with that kind of stuff in comics and films now. It was fun in Gremlins 2 (Leonard Matlin gets attacked for giving the original a bad review), but not in Ocean's Twelve (Bruce Willis appears as himself, while Julia Roberts' character pretends to be.. Julia Roberts!...:thumbdown)

Rant over.

Bandito, great to hear your ever-exuberant encouragement. The Benny Hill approach is pretty on the mark. I see the stories as being sex comedies, similar to the British output of the late sixties and seventies with some attitude adjustment , and a few US comedy films from the eighties, especially Weird Science! There's nothing around now that informs any of my creative work.

Thanks for the support guys.
