Nah ..... that's pretty much how I laugh. Doesn't mean I'm not suffering!

I'm a slimmer build, and taller than that guy, but because of my muscle build I have a pretty thick neck and deep chest. It makes fluency of induced vocals difficult. I sing well, shout well, but induced laughter comes in snorts and explosions. I also suffer from sleep apniea, which stops me breathing in my my sleep ... that is an effect of years of fitness, and martial arts training. (Oh ... and smoking).

I agree it doesn't make for good viewing .... but I think it's genuine.
