I know but it's supose to make you light headed and sensitive to touch, that would make great for tickling and driving them crazy

Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas) doesn't make you sensitive to touch either. It is a mild Anesthesia. If anything true can be said about it, it is that the gas makes you light headed, and euphoric feeling for a minute or so (through the deprivation of oxygen to the brain). However, its affect on the nervous system is in no way an aid to tickling.
