A very generous estimate would be 3 minutes of tickling her feet, for at most 15 seconds at a time, 4-5 minutes her upper body, and the rest faffing around looking for a ball gag, getting the knots out of his rope, making supremely inane conversation and pretending this is "merciless tickling."

The girl is great, the tickler has no idea of what makes a good video.

There is a huge difference between saying it is hapening, and actually making it happen.
