French Tickling Account - need help

I hate to resort to public notices, but I've been trying for the last 2 weeks to cancel my FT account. There's no link on the site to do it (like there is on every other site in the world...hmmm) and they won't return an email despite numerous attempts. I was never even sent an email confirmation notice for my order either. I know the FT managers are active because they post here often...so what gives??

Anyone who has a link (or advice) please pass it along. If I can't get resolution within a week, my next post will be entitled "who wants to trade for a FT password?"

Funny, I've always found their customer service good.

Here's what you do. You follow the same procedure as for joining. Hit "join this site" and then select the Billing company you used. Then hit "forgot password" and it will take you to a page where you have to enter your password, email or whatever. Fill in two categories and this will take you to a list of accounts you have with eg. CCBill. There is a cancellation option there.

This is the procedure with several sites.
