Amen to that, Mils,....... there were some pretty opulent-looking eateries at HHI, but if you made your way into the kitchen, it more closely resembled something out of Dickens.

I worked for a linen supply company for a few years and dealt with a lot of restaurants and fast food outlets. There were very few I would eat at after seeing what went on in the kitchens.
