I'm confused, exactly what was this idiot out to accomplish? He clearly wasn't much of a tickler seeing it doesn't sound like he spent much time doing that, then he makes off with shoes. Here's my thoughts:
A) He clearly has a foot fetish
B) If he really wanted to steal shoes, why tickle their feet and awakin them, it's like he wanted to get caught
C) Stealing people's shoes is like the easiest thing in the world
D) He has too much time on his hands
Conclusion: this dude really does need help. I honestly feel sorry for him cause he's soo dumb.

He must be a tickler, TT, because he tickled first, then stole the shoes. If he just had a foot fetish, he would have just ran off with the shoes and not tickle them at all. Either way, he is a complete idiot

When was going to college in Denton (The Home of Happiness) there was a guy walking into unlocked girl's dorm rooms and tickling their feet until they woke up. A female friend of mine even had the article posted on her wall in a collage (????). So, this type of thing is uncommon, but not utterly uncommon, apparently.
