Well, a gathering isn't a gathering without at least one overly-long, mega-huge thank you post by at least one member, so here we go!

0 drama and/or issues between attendees
and most importantly,
100% of attendees had a great time!
Y’know, I was going to do a big list of day-by-day events and goings-on, but screw it, I’m too tired. Here are some of the highlights of the weekend:
-Lunch at Korean BBQ and the missing Tay.
-Taking over half the restaurant at the munch.
-The long-awaited arrival of Leafstk and the subsequent squeals from TropicThunder.
-Finished venue setup on Thursday night and running home giggling about it.
-Meeting SydneyMermaid at long last.
-Silky arriving at the brunch after almost cancelling the night before.
-Michigalaxy, arriving, paying and leaving. LOL
-The kickoff speech, displaying of the chaps and uh, “lovely gift” you lot got me.
-The maid uniform on TPT.
-The schoolgirl uniforms on Tay, TropicThunder and tickle-me-Rosie.
-The cake, which was not a lie.
-The auction drawing.
-Suspension scene with TPT, which almost got me a concussion.
-Suspension scene with Tay, which got us a noise complaint.
-Ceiling hogtie with ModusTollens, which got all the girls involved.
-The puppy pile in the open tent.
-The Beast’s Lair.

-My scene with Ninjette, tickle-me-Rosie, TropicThunder and Lamashtu.
-The cab ride home at the end with half the party.
-Great food. Great time. Great people!
My personal shout-outs!
Evibard – Thank you so much for allowing us to have this event at your house. The party was affordable for most and available to all as a result. Without it, I’m not sure we would have had the party we did. Thanks for showing everyone “the ropes” and for everything else. CAT HAIR!
Susue – Without you and your experience, nothing would have happened. There was a world I saw you doing in the weeks leading up to the event and probably a world more when I wasn’t looking. I can’t imagine trying to do this without you. Thank you so much.
TPT – While I didn’t get my unerring victory over you at the hands of the auction draw
, I had a great deal of fun with you. Thank you for all your hard work during the party and for all the signs of physical abuse I am currently trying to heal. You’re awesome!
Big Dogg – You’ve been a huge support to the Canadian scene for so long man, I can’t even begin to tell you. Thank you for encouraging the auction as well as you did and for driving the troupe in from Ottawa. You’ve been a huge help and I wish you all the success in the world with a munch scene in Ottawa/Montreal.
Tklishfeet – I’m sorry we didn’t have the stocks you were looking for. Moreover, I’m sorry you couldn’t stay longer man. I love how positive you’re always being in our group and I can’t wait to have you out more often.
Shishi – You’ve been so much fun since you started coming out. Thanks for being the person you are. Hopefully next year, you’ll be able to stay for the whole thing, if only to keep Hipnosis out of trouble.

Bucky Sureshot/Dash – I don’t think anyone else, ever, caught the Samurai Jack reference. LOL It was great to meet you and I hope to see you out at many future events.

Sydney Mermaid – 15,562km (9670 miles). That’s how far it is from Sydney to Toronto. I can’t tell you how awesome it is that you came from freakin’ Australia to come to our gathering. Hopefully, you haven’t been scared off too badly and you met some cool people to hang out with while you’re here (but I’m still not letting go of that massage.
😛 ). I still want to hear your Canadian accent!
Skulls – It was great to see you again after such a long time man. Thanks for all your help and effort at the party and with the quotes thread. Here’s hoping your car is doing as well as you are.
Russian Pink – Thank you for coming out and taking a first step. Not too scary I hope!
Kopfhorer – You have no idea how happy I am for you. From someone who claims to be so shy, you’ve come leaps and bounds at this party. I couldn’t have happened to a nicer person.
ModusTollens – Always a pleasure man. It’s not easy to keep a roomful of women entertained like that for 15 minutes, but you survived. I’d apologize for supplying tickle toys, but I’m sure you enjoyed it as much as they did. LOL
Sirius Black – Thank you for coming out and for supplying last-minute housing. You’re the best. There shall be several fruit plates in your honour!
Malt87 – I’m so happy you had a great time. You’ve been coming to the munches for so long that nobody has earned a good round of play as you have. I only hope it met your expectations and that we’ll see you out at future events.
