There is only one time I saw Leela get tickled and it was only a minor tickle. It was when Bender was making beer inside of himself. They were acting like the beer was a baby. Leela put her body to Bender's stomach to hear the beer and it vibrated on her body and made her laugh. If anyone finds the clip then they should post it.

There was an episode where Leela get's pinned by a fallen tree. Her bare feet are sticking out and she can't move. No tickling by Zap Branigan... what was he thinking?!

It's called Love and a Rocket. Anywho there's a cute scene in there where Bender is teasing the ship. It's short but very cute. I know, I'm mushy lol.
