Played it, but wasn't too impressed with it. The graphics are great, but the gameplay isn't much to talk about. I got that and Rainbow Six: Las Vegas together and Rainbow Six is, hands down, the better game. Although I really love the way you throw grenades in GOW! 😀

Yeah, GoW is pretty cool, got kinda bored of multiplayer allready though. It's no Halo killer online, but still great fun! (specially the chainsaw kills and grenade tags.) Just got my Wii though, prefer playing Zelda atm. =P

If you play Gears of War Multiplayer and understand that you only have one life and need to protect it and play in a group not go out and halo rambo it. you will have fun. the graphics are amazing and the first time I curbed someone I thought it was the shit. It is a really fun game. it isnt a halo killer, even though halo has been out 3 years and people are going to other shooters.

You're very right there, that's what makes GoW's multiplayer mode really stand out imo, aside from the graphics and stuff obviously. Hopefully they will relese some more maps and stuff before the new Halo 2 maps come out next year, otherwise that's going to dominate it on XBL again.

Though didn't you only have a single life in GRAW too? Not sure myself, never had chance to play it.

I haven't tried the multiplayer but I beat the campaign on casual and then hardcore... still working on insane, heh. 🙂
