Cassandra's Basic Rules.
Repetita juvant...
01 - You cannot kill another role-player's character without his/her permission.
You can only kill - if you can't really refrain yourself from... - Non-Player Characters (NPCs), but preferably not key NPCs like the authority figures and such.
02 - Never EVER take control of someone else's character without permission.
This means that if your character asks another char a question, you would have to wait for that person to post a reply. Similarly, if you attack someone or have him/her surrounded, always give that person a chance to defend himself/herself instead of posting the outcome right away.
03 - This is a tickling RPG, but it will also be quite story-oriented.
That means you cannot be the nameless, faceless stranger who shows up out of the blue and tickles everyone for no reason. Every character must have a short story behind him/her. No need for an entire paragraph, just two or three lines explaining who he/she is.
Also, you can't show up as a well sketched character, and start slaying Morean guards by the ton.
04 - There is a difference between what the role-player knows and what his/her character knows.
The roleplayer may have read an earlier post and found out where the enemy is located, but his/her character does not. The character would need some other way to find out, or remain clueless.
When in doubt, follow the Golden Rule: use common sense and be considerate to others.
