.. And the best thing about this clip is that Soap Opera's use multi camera set ups. This means that both her reaction and the tickling were shot simultaneously. One camera pointed at her feet and the other taking in the upper shot where she's trying to talk. Whether she's actually ticklish or just acting, the tickling and her wiggling around are actually happening at the same time.
