Several programs can help.

Ad-Aware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Spybot-S&D: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

Microsoft's Antispyware Tool: http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

Install and run all three. One or more of them should detect anything you have installed. And if they don't, let me know and I'll look for another tool.

Or, if you give me the specific name of what is installed, I can look it up and figure out a specific removal plan.
