Then, came the question, of how to go about dealing with the company who was trying to force Ross, Steve, and Fritz, to give up the oil and gas company, for pennies on the dollar.
Ross knew that realistically, while he loved oil and gas, he might not be able to " have his cake and eat it too"
Ross had beaten Tazzio, crippled him, and maybe put Tazzio either out of business for good, and or, made Tazzio basically insignificant in the business world.
Ross was in a Catch 22. His responsibilities to Kayley, his health, RossShell, his expanded roster of clients, and such, might force Ross to choose between RossShell permanently, and whatever client roster he had there, or, to "Chase the oil and gas" and put some important business priorities at risk.
Giving another person power of attorney over Rpss's interest in the oil and gas, would also not solve the problem. Doing such would just delay a situation which Ross would have to face full force eventually anyway.
One night, at home, Kayley calmly and diplomatically said to Ross.
"Ross, you got what you wanted in your daily business, and your main source of income, with getting all of the clients that Tazzio took from you, as well as the RossShell name. Even if you . Steve and Fritz win a lawsuit against the company that caused you the problem with the oil and gas, what does it really all mean? You're in a business where you have to do that business hiring a rep who knows the business, and give that person power of attorney, and basicially not be involved in the business? What for?
