As the economy deteriorates, every business must evaluate their business position. After this last round of inspections and since taking on Miss Sydney as his assistant, the Master now faces the reality that the dungeon may no longer be viable. Since the dungeon sits on prime real estate and developers are always urging the Master to sell the property, he engages an appraiser. Gianna is tasked with giving the Dungeon Master an accurate assessment of the property value with Sydney's cooperation.
