Nalandra, that picture comes from a clip from
Tickle Freaks, a membership site with a fair number of clips, though I'm not sure if they've been adding any new clips recently. I personally think the clips are decent enough - leaning more toward the "cute" side, most not being "torturous" at all, despite the bondage. Considering that it's basically an all-you-can-eat buffet with their clips for just $12 a month (supposing you cancel the subscription before the first month is up), I'd say it's worth looking into.
The clip in question features mostly light-ish tickling, with a bit more vigor near the end when the 'ler finds the 'lee's most ticklish spot. If you're specifically looking for sock tickling, there's none of that in the clip - the 'ler takes 'em off just after her feet are trapped in the stocks. She's not even that ticklish on her bare feet, from the looks of it (her reactions are rather mellow, albeit still cute), though her upperbody and thighs/knees gain much better reactions. The clip itself is about 14 minutes long, the first minute and a half being the "intro" to the tickling (so you'll see her with her socks on for a good amount of time, just not tickled in them). It's a cute clip, but it's no "OMG PLEASE STOP!! I'M BEGGING YOU!!" type of tickling.
