Well you could try to go the picture...if its from a website, right click on it, scroll down to "Copy Image Location". Then when you post look for the picture icon then paste the image location into the popup window which will put the IMG tags on both sides.

If its a pic you scanned, just upload the picture into a thumbnail, or go to a place like imageshack, upload it there then link it to here.
