Girl's foot tickled by Seymour Cassell's beard (what movie is this from?!)

Hey, just posting a really old clip, meaning the file was made a long time ago, in the late 80s...I think by Obelisk? I can't remember, but you used to be able to buy a cd-r with a bunch of mainstream clips (this is in the dial-up days, before you could download a clip in 3 seconds....). I'm sure it's been posted here, a long time ago, but all the old threads don't have the clips attached anymore, so I figured some who weren't around back then might dig it.

Anyways, it's a sexy clip, the great (underrated) actor Seymour Cassell seems to have a call-girl over or something.....not sure of the situation.....but he tickles her by putting his bearded chin under her toes.....blah blah blah, you'll see.....

...anyways, I've tried to find what movie this is, IMDB has so many movies listed that he was in, and yet, I can't seem to figure out which one it is. It appears to possibly be Andie McDowell? Could be wrong about that. If anyone knows what movie this comes from....or can describe to me the situation leading up to this clip, I'd be grateful!

(PS: In the great Cassavettes film, "Faces" (1968), Seymour chases Lynn Carlin around, she's giggling like crazy, but I'm not sure there is actual tickling in it....when he catches her, she looks like she's almost expecting it....it's been a while since I saw it, but might be worth checking out.)

I don't know the movie either, but I did search IMDb for Cassel and Andie McDowell. Evidently they never appeared together in a movie, so that wasn't her.

Oh wow, back in the day pre-internet when this first hit cable in the early 90s, I remember it came on late one night when I was getting home from a party high as hell...was just watching the movie and then that scene happened (which I had no clue about) and I nearly creamed myself LOL

Back when we didn't have internet, things like this were a rare goldmine that now days we don't think is such a big deal. It's crazy...
