I've seen requests like this before about advertising banners that go unanswered. I'd been curious about this gal from a Yahoo personal ad from a few summers back, but I know I'll never find a larger version of it. So goes the ways of the web.
Good luck, but I doubt you'll find an answer. These things are just designed to get our attention. From this thread, there's proof that it works.

Hi hans,

The banner pics are from the store "Tickle Torture", which is studio number 9697 at the clips4sale.com site. The first girl looks like Ember to me (there are a couple of AWESOME clips of her available at the site); I'm not sure who the second girl is, but she's at the same site.

Actually the girl on the left is Lexi and the girl on the right is Christy but you're right, both are at Tickle Torture. I happen to be a huge Ember fan, so I knew that wasn't her but her clips are also at Tickle Torture. 🙂
