I'm not sure we should be mainstreamed THIS way. Based on something a character said in the trailer, the backstory likely is similar to Freddy Krueger in that this clown was likely a child molester/killer when he was alive. Yeah, I know, just a movie, but I don't want "tickler" to be associated with "psycho." There was similar concern in the gay/transgender community when "Silence of the Lambs" came out. It's not totally comparable, but it's something to think about. And this clown doesn't tickle playfully or for mutual pleasure like we would. It's portrayed as nonconsensual assault.

That said, I do agree we should avoid extreme statements on the YouTube feedback boards.

Why does the clown have to represent anything aside from one psychotic individual? I see where you're coming from, but I don't think that the movie is going to make everyone associate tickling with psychosis.

people, i honestly dont think youtube takes things down because of links to here. it may look that way sometimes, but i dont think thats the case (although, i used to think that).

it's when some idiot goes and "flags" the video, youtube automaticly just yanks it. ive had it done to me several times for things that didnt even involve sex, fetish or any kinda wack material (we're talkin harmless, nothing wrong with music based stuff). look at some folks sigs too with direct vid embeds, those vids have not been pulled. so thats what i think.

but just to keep everything calm, if i ever post a youtube link here, i'll still split it.

It's easier for all concerned just to delete one of the slashes after http:. Then the deactivated link can be copied and pasted with no change.

Especially the ending of the trailer
when the narrator says in that deep menacing voice..."He'll make
you laugh...till you die".

You notice the long haired blond guy throughout the
trailer when he's staring all wild eyed at 55 second mark. HA HA
What's that all about.

This whole thing looks really funny and the song is over the top.

The end of this month. It will debut for a showing on the east coast and then it will be relesed on video. I got an e-mail from them recently.
