Halifax, Nova Scotia. Somewhat desolate in the female tickle lovers population, or so it seems.

A suggestion, gentlemen - NEST started out with 8 guys meeting and hanging out. Try that. You'll find that ladies show later, after you've successfully met. NEST had NO ladies the first time.

This, clearly, has changed. The second time there was ONE lady, and she's a ler. Still. Runs it, now. After that, 'lees have shown up and played. From all over the world.

Try getting to know one another, and write about that. It might draw out the ever-elusive Halifax 'lees. It might also draw in tourists. Ya never know.

A reason more girls don't come forward in smaller area's like Nova Scotia might be simply because it can be intimidating. I for one live in Nova Scotia, but am certainly not prepared to say where in Nova Scotia. Why? Well I tried posting here a few years ago and pretty much had what seemed like every guy in the province private messaging me, wanting to meet and do things and it was indeed very intimidating and even a little creepy.

Especially for a girl like me who did not have good male influences growing up. I try to give fellas a chance but having so many come at you can be daunting. I kinda felt like a piece of meat they were contacting, not because they genuinely had interest in knowing me as a person, but out of desperation. Doesn't make it very appealing for a girl. lol Not all of us want to be surrounded in guys.

I think if guys slowed down some and weren't so eager, more girls would feel comfortable coming forward. I can imagine it's easier in larger areas, like out in Ontario simply because there *is* such a difference in population, you're destined to get more females, so it's much less intimidating.

It's like that old saying, there's power in numbers. Ha ha.

Granted, this is just my humble viewpoint. But a calm, respectful, intelligent gentleman is more appealing than someone who seems desperate. Not at all saying that you are by any means, as I don't know you. Just an observation on my part from the few years that I've lurked here.

Well, it's too bad that you've had problems with people. But for the most part, it seems like most girls get that kind of attention on this site. It's too bad that you were so overwhelmed with PM's. Though I wonder if it's better to be getting a lot of response, as opposed to the zero response I've gotten, aside from one, who was too boring to talk to, and I'm not even all that interested in meeting anymore.

I generally give others the option of PMing me, as opposed to going out of my way to do it, as I am sure there are already lots of people doing that. So, if interested, send me one, to see if we can get to know each other to some degree - if not, no worries.

I've prety much given up on the idea of ever meeting a female to meet for tickle play.

One problem, at least here in Nova Scotia, if you're in a rural area, most folks know each other pretty well. I know I don't want the locals knowing about my tickling interests, and is one reason why, like IndogoChild stated, I will not say where in Nova Scotia I live.

Another problem is that I'm also an older guy. Finding females close to my age that want to be tickled is difficult. And, I hesitate contacting younger ones for obvious reasons. 8c)

In all my attempts, I have only had a chance to chat by e-mail with one female close to my age. That lasted almost a year and she suddenly stopped replying to me. I have only had 3 other replies to my attempts to even just chat with ticklish females. And that was from 3 different gay guys who told me they had a thing for tickling older men's feet, and wanted to chat with the hopes of having a session someday. While I have no problems with m/m tickling, it's not what I was looking for in my searches.

I can only imagine what the female population goes through anywhere, let alone in Nova Scotia, when they post to a forum. They have my sympathies for sure. The responses from these types of males is what makes it harder for the ones seriously looking to meet new folks for friendship and/or tickling fun.

I wish everyone in this province good luck in finding a tickling friend.
