Who's that quiet little girl with the gleam in her eye?
A ravenous temper and hot to try,
Feeding off the people as they walk by.
Tilted head down as she tries not to cry,
Thinking of demons thrown in her face,
Try as she might, she never slowed pace,
Determined and destined to push out of this place,
Binded by thorns of rape and disgrace.
Pretty little birds fly high in the sky,
All of those people continue to pass by,
Never knowing or wondering why,
That quiet little girl has that gleam in her eye.

Thinking of demons thrown in her face,
