Good, Bad & the Ticklish (Part 4 - ft. Rosie)

So here is part 4,
It features the minx Hog-tie Hayley and a cameo Sheriff Rosie,
She fought the Law................. and well the Law............... Tickled her.... (lol)

Hayley's stockinged toes are perched perilously close to a scorpion in that last panel! A neat detail, along with the snazzy fire effect (a convincing crackle of creamy orange!) The normally victimized Rosie turns out to be an unexpectedly competent lawman (er, law-woman), fast on the feather-finger and capable of bullying tough hombres with a minimum of fuss! This is a surprising turn of events... can Hog-tie possibly prove any meance from inside a jail cell? Looks like we'll find out soon in part 5!

Yes a few effect's of Paint Shop Pro - I'm sure the Scorpion would love to nip at her toes - Rosie was the perfect law-enforcer - snazzy yet weak as hell when being tickled 😉
