This shadowy badman looks a whole lot like the Cartoon Tickler himself! His motive may be a mystery (why on earth does he want Sammi to throw the big card game?), but his method couldn't be simpler to understand! An hour's tickle session with yummy Sammi would tempt anyone into a life of crime! It's hard to imagine having more fun in a saloon! Great looking long-shot too, that final panel where he makes his dramatic escape! The action in Boneville is definitely heating up... can't wait to see the next thrilling installment!
