I watched the movie MY FIRST MISTER last night.
Leelee Sobieski and Albert Brooks play two characters who find themselves in an unorthodox friendship. She's 17, goth-ish, sad about life, and he's 49, uptight, and sad about life. The bond of friendship between them seems to reach through the sadness and the story will make a grown man cry and a young woman giggle (and reverse that too.) It's actually very touching and I really think anyone can relate on some level.
I recommend it for the humor, the human interaction and the little foot licking scene toward the end. 😉 *yeah, it's really there...lol*
Two thumbs up in my opinion.
Anyone seen it?
