So we have our first winner in the <i>"Got C.A.B. ?"</i> Free commission contest on Deviant Art!

Congratulations to C.A.B. Watcher Bare-feet99 who had a dedicated CeeAyBee Folder in his Favorites when I randomly dropped in to visit his DA page.

He requested an illustration of a beautiful Brazilian woman dragged into a Rio de Janeiro police station for questioning after suspicion of participating in a protest march. Unfortunately for the police, they have the wrong woman; and unfortunately for the woman, these two police are corrupt. I fear she have to endure a good deal of sexual teasing and tickle torture before they realize they've made a mistake... if they do at all.
