For those of you interested in the 1970s film "The Groove Room" AKA "What The Swedish Butler Saw" (and several other names over the years: I recall being a high school senior in 1984 and hearing an ad on the radio for this movie, only it was called "Tickled Pink" at that time.), I found out that it can be purchased on DVD in its original 3-D effect at www.rareflix.com.
This is the movie loosely based on the story "Man With a Maid". There's a brief part where a bound woman has a contraption called "The Chinese Tickler" used on her. Except now, in 3-D, the spinning feather divice actually comes out at you.
