The town of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania is preparing for their Annual Groundhog Day Festival which will be in its 128th year. In this thread post your comments on your local furry weather forecaster. People are attending this festival from as far away as Russia, so this event has World Wide Attention.

This is the biggest waste of time in U.S. history. ive hired a sniper to take this bugger out for good. then we can split some groundhog steaks for the Superbowl.

^Staten Island Chuck agrees with Punxsutawney Phil about six more weeks of winter.
However Long Island's Melverne Mel & Holtsville Hal are calling for an early Spring.^

Not many do Mils, it's just superstition, almost everyone rolls their eyes. 🙄
