This is an old FM Concepts pic, I believe. (The tickler is the infamous Sarah Kozer, I think.) Their models are all over 18.

She does look kind of young, but it doesn't really matter at this point. FMC has requested all newly posted FMC material on this site be removed which is their right to do. I made the rule changes awhile back, and they can be found here.
