So sad and way too young. If I have to watch TV news, the PBS Newshour is head-and-shoulders above any other source, nothing even comes close, at least not in this country. Certainly not on cable news. Margaret Warner (who's getting up there in years) is possibly the best interviewer on television, somebody most of you probably don't even know but should. Gwen Ifill and Judy Woodruff, no slouches themselves, anchor the nightly newscast with sobriety, integrity, dignity, fairness, and most importantly, never ever resorting to sensationalism. You can sometimes gauge how important a story really is by whether or not its reported on the Newshour.....often everyone will be leading with the soundbite of the day, and you turn on the Newshour and it's a half hour about what's going on in Syria. Two weeks later, the sensational soundbite has faded and vanished and the Syrian story has become the bigger story.
She's in a better place, so good for her. Better than where we are, that's for sure, lol!
