Happy Birthday to grippedchimp and myself. We're both 25 today. Yeah, what can I say, it's pretty pathetic that we, two of the most renowned artists and personalities in these communities, should have to have one of us make this thread. What a sad state of affairs.

But that makes me sound old...

I mean, my looks are deceiving. People tell me that I look like I'm 17 or so, and I'm really 25. Most guys wouldn't like that, because then they're like 'damn, I have to show my ID if I want that beer' or 'that girl is going to think I'm a kid, I better not approach her!'. In my case, I like that I look younger than I actually am, even as a guy, since I'll look attractive, lively, and youthful longer than I should be able to play it. Even if I start slowing down and get winded and such, I'll still look more youthful than some other guys.

Yay for being older but looking younger! I'm sure women can understand where I'm coming from! XD

Yes, I did just poke you. Take it as a high honor. I wouldn't poke just any riff raff that came my way....or maybe I would if I wanted them to get the hell away from me! 😛

And, yes, it doesn't help that you mature early. Sure, by the time you're a teenager, you'll love it because you'll have a voluptuous body, but after your 30s things start going downhill and the benefits of looking older than you are are gone.

Thats why, even as an adult, I'd rather look like a teen. It lasts longer...

Yeah, thats true, he's not around anymore. Although, to be perfectly honest, I never saw him as a people person. The only way I see him and I as being similar is that we're both artists, but I'm much more active in the community than I ever saw him as being. I either took it as him being shy or just not having an opinion or having the time to express it.

Quarter of a century? Quarter of my life? Meh...tomato, tomato. 😛

Well, technically, according to the Van Helsing movie, Dracula would be 585 years old if you counted the year he was born (1422) to the present day year. Of course, my screen name is a tribute to that version of the character (moreso the performance of the actor than the character), not the real person, Vlad Tepes, which is far less interesting.
