In a strange and distant land, a battle for power is being waged; not on a battleground with sword and shield, but in the silken-tapestried chambers of a royal harem! The lovely and ruthless Nirin Niraine is determined to rise to the rank of Chief Wife of the Imyr. To this end she has made a special study of the ancient art of tickling as torture. Female prisoners and rival harem-members alike do well not to cross Nirin, for they could find themselves imprisoned and subjected to strange and sensuous torments.
