This husband and wife team wanted to do a tickling video based on the Joker tickling Harley Quinn - All barefoot tickling. For comic fans the Harley costume is from Arkham City and the Joker costume is from of the Family. Harley is a quiet laugher and doesn't seem to be enjoying it very much. :huh
