Has anyone gone from lee to ler, ler to lee, or became both?

I was just curious if anyone has at one time or another found that, for example, they were a ler and then a few years later decided for one reason or another to be a lee or both? And what made you decide to do so? <This story requires a bit of backstory so just bear with me>

Throughout my life I have always felt that you should do unto others as you would have done unto you. (I hope that just made sense ) This mentality caused a dilemma for me. I have always been a ler and the thought of being tied and tickled was never an appealing thought. Yet, how could I expect someone to let me tie and tickle them if I wasn't going to let them tie and tickle me? This was before I had the internet so I wasn't aware that there were people out there who liked it. I basically thought that I would have to get a prostitute if I wanted to act out my fantasies.
Then I went to college and found the internet. Although it did open doors for me, I still wasn't too keen on the idea of being tied and tickled. Then one night while watching a movie with my friend Sandy and two female friends I had an epiphany. Like usual I eventually found a way to tickle one of them, but this time and without warning, I found myself on the other end of the stick. All three girls were on top of me tickling the hell out of me. This was the first time I had ever really been tickled by a girl; and I liked it.
Now I find that I am not just a ler anymore. I am willing to be both. Any one else have a similar experience?

I'm kind of playing both sides too. I never thought about being a 'ler before a couple of years ago. Up until that point all of my fantasies and realities focused on me as the 'lee. Now, for some reason (maybe I've just discovered my dominant side 😉 ) I fantasize and play both.
I can't pinpoint what changed things for me. I do still predominantly play the 'lee, but I won't pass up the chance to run the show either!

i started out as a ler

i think cause i loved the sound of laughter from the lees.
then one evening, i was at an out door concert, with my girl friend and 5 other couples.
to make a long story short, i ended up being tickled by all 6 ladies. it was heaven. i found out how much fun it was to be tickled!
i got to just lay there and laugh 😀
since then i am equally ler, and lee. hey laughter is beautifull even if it is my own.

I have to say that I'm more 'ler than 'lee, although I'm pretty ticklish (on my upper body, anyway), enjoy being tickled, and am willing to be the 'lee. I also think that if you're a 'ler, you should be the 'lee at least once in a while. It's funny how some 'lers tickle the hell out of their 'lees, yet say they don't want to be tickled because they won't be able to stand it. 😛

That is exactly what weighed upon my conscience amk. How could I expect another person to go through something that I wouldn't ever allow myself to go through.

Now I am glad that I am willing to experience both sides of the coin. Though I would be lying if I said that I've actually done either, but I am sure that day will come soon enough.

I regard myself as being all ler, but am always willing to "have done unto me as I would do unto others". I'm not certain that playing the bottom in a tickle encounter would turn me on physically, but I know I'd enjoy goading the ler to try to outdo herslef to break me. That's why I made the challenge for the GLAT gathering. I don't know if this is uncommon, but I am always 'ler with males -- that's the only way it works for me. With females, on the other hand (so to speak), I started out as a 'lee, and only later added the 'ler role. If I had my choice, I would actually like to be held down and tickled (gently) by a gang of giggling girls (18+ always when I use the term), but then turn around and join the same girl gang (female bonding w/ the dominant group?) and hold down and tickle some guy that we "caught."

I was a 'lee growing up. I loved it when my sister would tickle me. As I got older, I turned into 'ler and would get the biggest thrills out of tickling my friends. I still do.
