I checked on the site you mentioned, and I was interested to see that it is part of Roman Videos, which specialises in "trample" videos. I would assume that it's the idea of supporting a woman's weight which is the arousal trigger in this case.

The trample videos and (free) preview pics at www.cucciolopage.com (warning: violent) often feature ladies sitting on one anothers' shoulders to increase the pressure to which they are subjecting the "rug man." I'm not sure if this is what you're after, but it's the only shoulder-riding material I've seen other than the site you linked.
