I was wondering if anyone has used the program before in order to assist someone with technical problems?
I have been communicating with a support staff member from the website http://www.misterretro.com via email regarding a small glitch with an Adobe Photoshop program.
After an unsuccessful attempt to fix the glitch back in March via email correspondence, he suggested we use Team Viewer so he can remotely re-install the program in order to try and fix it
What access will he have to my hard drive if we use it?
Is there anyway to limit access to public access folders and to the Adobe folder?
Should I just thank him for what he has done thus far and just end correspondence and just make due. The Adobe filter program works perfectly even with the annoying glitch.
Your input would be very much appreciated.
