Funny you should mention that. Some friends and I were discussing last night how there is an apparent passion for Girl Locked in Her Car scenarios. This car can either be on a railroad track, half-deep in the mud, or the girl in question locked in her vehicle can indeed be barefoot (I don't see why not).

It goes to show that every person has buttons, and those buttons are meticulously detailed to their own system....Just as an ATM machine pridefully boasts its unique braille.
