My crush deliberately spooned my bare foot with his bare foot. Does that mean he likes me?

We've been friends for a long time, but as adults, touching in general is just a minimum. For context, I was comparing the size of my foot to something, and he went in, little spoon, big spoon, whole side touching. I looked up at him and there was a pause and a smile. For me, it was a little lightbulb "hm. I think he likes me." I'm sure that's not enough to go off of. It's so small and silly, but honestly, who does that?

Might be a little trickier to sneak a tickle or go barefoot now, during the winter season, but going out drinking is definitely something we've been doing. Our schedules conflict a lot but I'm desperately looking for more signals lol
