Finally, the day of the Botox shot arrived. Ross eagerly went to his Doctors office, took the shot, and conferred with his Doctor. Ross told his Doctor that his headaches had abated and been gone for two months, and then, over the previous three weeks, had returned with a vengeance.
Ross's Doctor, Doctor K, said
"For the first treatment, that is an excellent result. However,. such is why you must keep taking the treatments , as the medicine wears off in your body, and the migraines come back"
Ross and the Doctor agreed for Ross to return in a bit under three months for Ross's next treatment.
On the night Ross received the treatment, Ross felt no pain at all, felt strong as a bull, and started in with Kayley.
"Teacher, Come mere, let's get it on" Ross said, kissing Kayley all over, and beginning to undo her clothes.

"You know that I think if you want to work, you should do so from home, and not go into the office, no matter how big or small it is" Kayley said.
"I feel better,. Kale. I'm going to try. Any pain, and I promise you I will get into an Uber, and come home" Ross said.
"Okkkaay. You know I dont like it, but you can try. I strongly suggest you stay in New York for a while" Kayley said.
"Oh, trust me, I will, for at least a week or two even if there is no pain. Any investors conferences, I can do on the phone, or via video conferencing. Fritz and Steve know about this situation. They would never push me to come down if I'm not feeling well" Ross said.
Ross and Kayley kissed goodbye, Ross still felt okay, got dressed, and went into the office.
What would happen with the migraines? What would happen with Ross and Kayley's relationship, Ross's work, and his new, smaller company?
