Bump. It's called Heartbreaker Streets of Fire. Can't believe this gem has been forgotten about and there aren't good copies of this clip floating around. It's definitely one of the best female mainstream tickling scenes out there in my opinion. The memory of this clip that use to be up here popped up in my mind the other day and I can't find it on here. Don't think I've seen it in like 10 years. Anyone have it?
