That was actually a scene from Living Single. Freddie said that to Overton and then said "not with these fingers: making the tickling gesture. Sinclair and the girls walked in and she got jealous because she was tickling him! I actually saw this not too long ago, but it shouldn't be too hard to search when Cree Summer guest-starred on Living Single
