Help HDS or mini-hds(Crystal)

Some months ago threr was a thread in here about some service on the net that would let you scan your computer for very sneaky viruses one time for free. Since the Blogtalk snafu last Friday night I have benn getting messages that I have about ten different bugs crawling around my computer. The windows look almost like what might pop up in my Vista program (buy not quite) and I don't know if it is some kind of hoax or not. I've run all my AVG virus and spyware programs plus Windows Defender and they say nothing is wrong. Any ideas?

Yeah. I've gotten railed with a couple of those. They are hoaxes. You click on Run scan or some other thing and it fucks up your computer.

I'd adjust the cookies setting in your Toolbar.

I'd also clear your cache out.

Just be careful with some sites you go to that cause those popups. They're usually bad sites. If that happens again, click CTRL+ALT+DELETE and end that program's process. Don't click anywhere on the popup box.

I also got those pop ups and restored my system to 2 days before to wipe out all the cookies and crap that were deposited on my drive...
