I don't believe so. This one popped up on a Japanese imageboard recently and, while similar in style, doesn't quite match the Umojar completely.

Don't see why someone would be trying to emulate him. It dosen't really look like his work anyway. The contours are alot thinner.

I was gonna say it looked like him too, actually, though maybe older stuff as it's not as polished. A mystery it remains.

It looks similar to the style of that one guy that does anime tickling pics. The site that has all the sailor moon chicks tickled, Daphine from scooby doo, Asuka from Evangelion and the black chick from Batman Beyond. I wish I had a link to that site.
